Opening Copilot

You can open Copilot in two ways:

• directly at app.iyibircopilot.io;
• from the Bulut ürünleri (Cloud products) page of the iyibir Cloud panel, with the Aç (Open) button on the Copilot card.

You sign in with your iyibir account. If you are already signed in to the panel, Copilot does not ask for your password again.

Trial strip

While your company is trying Copilot, a strip at the top of the screen shows Deneme sürümü · N gün kaldı (Trial · N days left) and the end date. Its Aboneliğe geç (Subscribe) link takes you to the subscriptions page of the panel.

A trial never turns into a paid subscription by itself. The rules: Starting a trial (in Turkish).

If Copilot does not open

Instead of opening, Copilot may show an information screen. Its heading tells you what is missing:

Heading on screen	Meaning	What to do
iyibir Copilot'a erişim yetkiniz yok.	Your account has no permission to use Copilot.	Your company's administrator grants it in iyibir Cloud. Signing in again does not change it. To use another account: Başka bir hesapla girin (Sign in with another account).
Copilot için aboneliğiniz yok	Your company has no Copilot subscription or trial.	If the trial is unused, Denemeyi başlat (Start the trial) takes you to the products page of the panel; otherwise Ürünleri gör (See products).
Copilot denemeniz sona erdi	The trial has ended.	Aboneliğe geç (Subscribe). Copilot reopens the same day you subscribe.
Copilot aboneliğiniz sona erdi	The subscription has ended.	Renew with Aboneliğe geç.
Copilot için etkin bir aboneliğiniz yok	The subscription could not be confirmed in this session.	Check it in the iyibir Cloud panel: Panele dön (Back to the panel).

Your data after the end date

When a trial or subscription ends, the screen says: your conversations are kept for 30 days and then deleted; subscribe within that time and everything stays in place.

Session

If your session expires, Copilot sends you to sign in again. To sign out, click your name at the bottom left and choose Çıkış yap (Sign out).
