Know the screen

Copilot's screen has two parts: the sidebar on the left and the conversation on the right.

From top to bottom:

  • The Yeni konuşma (New conversation) button.
  • The search box, Konuşmalarda ara (Search conversations). It appears once you have a conversation; see Search.
  • Sabitlenenler (Pinned), Gruplar (Groups) and recent conversations by date: Bugün (Today), Dün (Yesterday), Son 7 gün (Last 7 days), Daha eski (Older). See Conversation history.
  • Arşiv (Archive). See Archive.
  • At the bottom, your name and e-mail address: the user menu.

Open and close the sidebar with ⌘ B (Ctrl B on Windows). On a phone the sidebar is a panel you open with the menu button in the top bar.

User menu​

Click your name at the bottom left:

  • Firma (Company): which data Copilot works with.
    • Örnek ERP verisi (Sample ERP data): no ERP connection is set up for your company; Copilot answers with a sample company's data.
    • Logo firma (Logo company) and the company number: Copilot works with your company's Logo data.
    • ERP bağlantısı tanımlı değil (No ERP connection): questions about data cannot be answered; you can work with documents.
  • Bu ayki kullanım (This month's usage): see Usage.
  • Görünüm (Appearance): Sistem (System), Karanlık (Dark) or Açık (Light). Sistem follows your computer's setting.
  • Çıkış yap (Sign out).

Welcome screen​

In a new conversation Copilot greets you and suggests ready questions under three topics: Satış (Sales), Finans (Finance), Stok ve satınalma (Stock and purchasing). Clicking one asks it. Below them is the Belge ekleyin, içinden sorun (Add a document, ask about it) box; see Documents.

Question box​

At the bottom of the screen. Type your question and press Enter; ⇧ Enter for a new line. Jump to it with ⌘ /. See Asking questions.
