Your data

This page explains where your data is kept while you use Copilot, and what goes where.

Where Copilot runs​

Copilot runs in the iyibir cloud; you don't install or update it. Your account, users, conversations, the text of documents you add and your canvases are kept in the iyibir cloud.

Your ERP data​

Your Logo database stays on your own server. Once a connection is set up for your company, the iyibir Agent installed on your server reads the database read-only while answering your questions: only for the question asked, and only with the analysis that fits it. The Agent refuses to run with a database user that has write permission.

Without a connection, Copilot works with a sample company's data and says so with the Örnek ERP verisi (Sample ERP data) label.

How an answer is produced​

To write an answer, your question, the conversation's earlier messages and the data or document parts the answer needs are sent to the model provider. Your whole database, or your whole documents, are not sent; only what was read for that question.

Figures and tables in an answer are not written by the model; they are the values the query returned. Charts too are drawn from the query's result, not by the model.

Who sees what​

  • Your conversations are yours alone. Other users in your company cannot see your conversations, documents or canvases.
  • No other company can reach any record of yours. This rule is enforced on the server, on every request, and separately in the database.
  • On the usage screen you see your company's total and your own share; other people's shares are not shown.

Documents​

The file you add is not stored; only its text is kept, and it is used only in the conversation it was added to. See Documents.

Deleting​

Deleting a conversation deletes its messages, documents and canvases together. See Deleting.

When your subscription or trial ends, your conversations are kept for 30 days; subscribe within that time and everything stays in place.
