What is iyibir Copilot
iyibir Copilot is an assistant you ask questions about your company's Logo data, in Turkish. You type a question; Copilot finds the right query, reads the data and answers with text, a table and a chart. It also answers from the documents you add (a contract, a price list, a report), and turns an answer into a tidy report when you ask.
Copilot runs in the browser at app.iyibircopilot.io. There is nothing to install on your computer.
Copilot's screens are in Turkish only. This guide keeps every on-screen label exactly as you see it, in Turkish and in bold, and gives its meaning in English the first time it appears, for example Yeni konuşma (New conversation). Ask your questions in Turkish.
What you can do
- Ask about your data: sales, collections, receivables, stock, purchasing. See Asking questions and Ready-made analyses.
- See results as tables and charts: copy a table, download it as CSV, change the chart type. See Tables and charts.
- Get answers from your documents: add a PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or text file and ask about its contents. See Documents.
- Prepare reports on the canvas: open an answer, or a report Copilot writes, beside the conversation. See Canvas.
- Organise your conversations: pin, group, archive, search, open two side by side. See Conversations.
Before you start
Your company needs a Copilot subscription or trial. Trials and subscriptions are managed in the iyibir Cloud panel, not inside Copilot.
- Starting a trial, subscribing and pricing: Cloud products and subscriptions (support guide, in Turkish).
- Users and permissions are also managed in the panel. Your company's administrator grants access to Copilot.
If no ERP connection has been set up for your company yet, Copilot works with a sample company's data. Tables in its answers are then marked Örnek ERP verisi (Sample ERP data). The user menu shows which data Copilot is using; see Know the screen.
