Usage
Copilot has no per-user fee; your company has a monthly usage quota. Usage is measured by the length of the text you send Copilot and of the answers it produces (jeton, tokens). The pricing rules are in the support guide: Pricing (in Turkish).
Seeing your usage
Click your name at the bottom left; the menu shows the Bu ayki kullanım (This month's usage) bar. Ayrıntı (Details) opens a window with:
- how much of the quota is used and roughly how many questions are left (≈ N soru kaldı, ≈ N questions left). The estimate comes from your company's average per question this month.
- the renewal day (for example 1 Ekim'de yenilenir, renews on 1 October). The quota resets on the 1st of each month, Turkish time.
- Kullanılan (Used), Girdi jetonu (Input tokens), Çıktı jetonu (Output tokens) and Sizin payınız (Your share): your questions' share of your company's total.
- Gün gün (Day by day): the daily breakdown for the month.
The figures are the total of all users in your company. No other user's name or share is shown.
Nearing the quota
- At 80% a strip appears at the top of the screen: Bu ayki kullanımınızın %… doldu (…% of this month's usage is used). You can keep asking. The strip's Aboneliği yönet (Manage subscription) link goes to the panel.
- At 100% the strip says Bu ayki kullanım sınırınız doldu (This month's usage limit is reached) and the question box closes. Your conversations, documents and canvases stay in place and you can read them. When the quota renews you can ask again, or go to the subscriptions page of the panel with Aboneliği yükselt (Upgrade subscription).
What counts and what doesn't
- Every completed answer counts.
- An answer you stopped, or whose tab you closed, counts up to the point it was stopped.
- An answer you did not get because of an error does not count.
- Tuvalde aç, copying a table, downloading CSV, changing the chart type and organising conversations use no quota.
