Groups

Use groups to keep conversations on one topic together, for example "Ay sonu" (Month end) or "Tahsilat takibi" (Collections follow-up). Groups sit in the sidebar under the pinned conversations. Each group shows how many conversations it holds.

Creating a group​

  • With no groups yet, click the Yeni grup (New group) button in the sidebar. With groups, click the Yeni grup icon beside the Gruplar (Groups) heading.
  • Or, in a conversation's menu, Gruba taşı › Yeni grup…: the group is created and the conversation moved into it.

Type the group's name and press Enter.

Putting a conversation in a group​

  • Drag the conversation onto the group, or
  • choose the group under Gruba taşı (Move to group) in the conversation's menu.

To take it out, choose Gruba taşı › Gruptan çıkar (Remove from group); the conversation returns to the recent ones. An empty group shows a note saying you can drag conversations into it.

The group menu​

In a group's ⋯ menu: Yeniden adlandır (Rename; or double-click its name), Yukarı taşı (Move up), Aşağı taşı (Move down), Grubu sil (Delete group). You can also reorder groups by dragging. Clicking a group's name opens or closes it.

Grubu sil deletes no conversation: the conversations in it return to the recent ones.
