Tables and charts

When Copilot reads data, it puts a result card under the answer. The card's title says what the analysis shows. For most analyses the card opens with a chart; the figures behind the chart are the same as the table's.

Changing the chart type​

Use the switcher at the top right of the card to move between the drawings that suit that data. Depending on the data, the choices are:

  • Çizgi (Line), Alan (Area), Yığılmış alan (Stacked area): values spread over months or days.
  • Sütun (Column), Yığılmış sütun (Stacked column), Çubuk (Bar), Yığılmış çubuk (Stacked bar): comparisons.
  • Pasta (Pie), Halka (Donut), Ağaç haritası (Treemap): parts of a whole. Pie and donut show the five largest slices; the rest are gathered in Diğer (Other).
  • İbre (Gauge), Hedef çubuğu (Bullet): position against a target or limit (sales target, credit limit, critical stock).
  • Huni (Funnel): the stages of the sales funnel.
  • Tablo (Table): the chart's figures as a table.

On a narrow screen (a phone, a conversation opened side by side) the choices sit in one button's menu.

Copilot's model does not draw the chart: which chart is drawn is defined in the analysis itself, and the figures come straight from the query. If the data does not fit that chart, no chart is drawn and only the table is shown. Toplam (Total) rows stay in the table and are not added to the chart.

Taking the table out​

At the top right of the card:

  • Tablo olarak kopyala (Copy as table): copies the table tab-separated; pasted into Excel, the columns fall into place.
  • CSV indir (Download CSV): downloads the table as a CSV file.

If the query returned no rows, the card says Bu sorgu için kayıt yok. (No records for this query.)

Sample data label​

If no ERP connection is set up for your company, cards are marked Örnek ERP verisi (Sample ERP data): the figures belong to a sample company, not yours.
